The friendliness of the staff. In particular Joey and Nick on the front desk. Both were very helpful and courteous in person and over the phone. I left my jacket in my room and called about it 2 days after having left the hotel when I realised it was missing. They held it and returned it to me along with a ring that I surely thought I wouldn't get back. Thank you to the room cleaner whomever he or she is needs a massive shout out too. Room 407 departed the hotel 11/02.. Thank you to all, you were fabulous.

It's our 2nd time in this hotel is near my son house and my son booked this for us after 13h flight so we can rest a little before we stay at his home and meet our grandchildren with non stop activities room are big and bed is comfy the breakfast is great and delicious bottom line every time we coming to vist our son he book this hotel

Location was good. Breakfast was great. Staff was excellent, Josh at the front desk and the young lady at the breakfast kitchen, and other staff members encountered were all excellent. The room was spacious and well appointed, however, two large TVs is an overkill in one suite, and the spa bath was much too small for such a large space and large suite. Overall, the property and our room were excellent.

Everyone was so accommodating. Even when noisy room was addressed I was offered a fabulous (quiet ) suite Sharde is the best of the best. I went through October storms with her assistance also.she gets hugs for technical support and friendliness.

Nice hotel, easy in and out. Enjoyed the pool. The breakfasts were better than in other Hampton Inns. A unique feature was a duck (blue-winged teal) seems to have been tamed by guests and hangs out by the entrance. Staff were super friendly. There is a nice restaurant for burgers next door.

The breakfast was good. a little bit more offered than your regular breakfast at other hotels. One of the mornings the turkey links were not cooked all the way. One of our family members got an upset/sour stomach because of that.
